Tremendous Trailer Trash Tuesday January 22nd 2013

It’s Tuesday Trailer Time …. I know it’s hard to contain yourself.

Stoker: starring Mia Wasikowska, Nicole Kidman and Matthew Goode is director Chan-wook Park’s latest film.   You may remember Chan-wook Park from a little film called Oldboy or perhaps Lady Vengeance.  In this film a girl loses her father but gains a weird uncle.  She soon becomes wrapped up in his mysterious lifestyle.  I love me some strange Nicole Kidman.  I don’t know about you, but I plan on checking this out when it’s released on Feb. 28th.

Storage 24:  A military plane crashes in London releasing it contents all around the city.  The city is placed on lockdown by the military and a group of people become trapped in a storage facility.  However, something is trying to gain entry to the facility and it doesn’t look human.  This film was actually released last week on a limited basis in the U.S..  Has anyone had the pleasure of seeing this yet.

Resolution:  A low budget horror film that seems to hold some surprises.  A man tries to conduct an intervention for his drugged out buddy.  Of course his buddy is living out in the middle of the California mountains in a run down shack surrounded by drug dealers owed money, devil worshipers, angry Native Americans and some UFO hermits.  Then some weird stuff starts to happen.  Word is that this film might be worth a look when its released on Jan 25th.

So whats your take on these trailers?  Do any of them seem like they would be worth seeing at the theater or is this a strictly streaming week for you?

Stoker looks like it could be a fun one.
