in New on DVD

4 new releases on DVD this week, sad to say that it looks pretty thin.

First up we have

War Horse

War Horse

THis film was highly overrated and boring hence the alias Bore Horse.  3guys have reviewed this film for you so feel free to check our thoughts @ http://3guys1movie.com/?p=3109   3guy Mark Griffith was particulary upset with this one.

Next up we have

We Bought a Zoo

We Bought a Zoo

Starring Matt Damon and 3guy favorite Scar Jo this family film was released with little fan fair and quickly to DVD.  I am sure to watch this film in the coming weeks with the kiddies so I will give you my thoughts then.

then we have

Being Elmo

Being Elmo: A Puppeteer's Journey

This documentary is getting great reviews and includes interveiws with some of Hollywoods top gabbers like Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O’Donnell.  Having gone through Elmo phases with my children this may be on my watch list.

finally we have

Tyrannosaur

Tyrannosaur

I had no idea this movie existed and from what I read looks interesting enough.  Getting decent reviews and this one may be a hidden gem, so often great films get released without huge publicity and we as the public catch this one day on accident and rave about the film.  Maybe this film will be that.

That’s it that’s all

Hey Scotty! I actually feel like We Bought a Zoo might be kind of slow for younger kids to watch. It’s possible they might get bored. Then again they might enjoy all the cheesy elements in there lol.

I really want to see Tyrannosaur. Being Elmo is on Netflix Instant, I think, so I will probably check that out sometime as well.

Watch Tyrannosaur, it’s bloody brilliant. Two of the BEST performances of 2011. It will blow you away!

I have been wanting to see Tyrannosaur since I first saw the trailer. Word on the street is that it is awesome. I heard that Elmo doc is actually not bad, its streaming on Netflix, so no need to rent it somewhere if you want to check it out.

I guess I could have just said I agree with Eric, after reading the comments :-)
